I love my Italian mother in law...not that she's Rose, but there are definitely some similarities. I'll never forget my first Christmas Eve with my husband's family. After feasting on more seafood than you could imagine at his grandmother's house...I stuck to pasta because I'm not a seafood fan, which makes Christmas Eve the only holiday where I lose weight at the dinner table...we went back to his parents' house and at 11 pm, my future mother in law pulled out a full pan of lasagna and they all sat down to eat. You'll never go hungry in that house!
